I'm Jeanette. I was diagnosed with ADHD late, after years of being told it was anxiety, depression or laziness. I built The RESET Room for the people who are tired of explaining themselves and just want something that helps.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel on Ko-fi whenever you want. No lock-in and nothing to explain.

Who is it for?

Adults 18 and over. Under 18? The free tools and guides are for you too.

Is this therapy?

No. It's practical support from someone who has lived it. It isn't therapy, medical advice or a crisis service, and it doesn't replace your GP or therapist.
