ADHD support from me, on WhatsApp
The Direct Line
£10 for a month's support
You know what you should be doing. You've read the guides. You still can't make yourself start, or stop, or get through the week.
That's what this is for. You message me on WhatsApp, up to 2 times a day. I reply myself, and we work out what to do next.
Start The Direct Line: £10One payment, nothing renews. For adults 18 and over.
This is peer support, not therapy or medical advice. I can't respond in an emergency. Find help now.
What a month looks like
Your first week
You tell me what's going on
By text or voice note, in your own words. No forms. Then we pick the first thing to focus on.
Through the month
You message me, up to 2 times a day
Text or voice note, whichever is easier. I reply myself the same day, between 9am and 8pm UK time, 7 days a week. If you message after 8pm, I reply the next morning.
Each week
We work on one thing at a time
We agree one thing to focus on. If it isn't working, we change it. You don't have to get it right first time.
Your last week
You decide what happens next
In your last week, we agree what you keep using on your own. If it helped, you can buy another month at the same price. If not, nothing happens. Nothing renews by itself.
The kind of thing you can send me
I've been staring at the same email for two hours.
I snapped at the kids again and I can't stop replaying it.
GP appointment tomorrow. I don't know what to say.
I haven't opened my post in three weeks.
You don't need to explain it well. Send it however it comes out.
Who you're talking to
I'm Jeanette. I was diagnosed with ADHD late, after years of being told it was anxiety, depression or laziness. When you message The Direct Line, I'm the one who replies. I keep it at £10 so it's within reach when you need it.

This is peer support from my own lived experience. I'm not a clinician, so it isn't therapy or counselling, and I can't give medical advice.
I can't respond in an emergency. If a message makes me worried about your safety, I'll tell you to call 999, 111 or Samaritans on 116 123. Find help now.
Your messages stay between us, unless I'm worried about your life or a child's safety. Then I may need to contact emergency services or the right safeguarding service.
Start The Direct Line: £10As soon as you pay, you'll get an email with everything you need to connect on WhatsApp. By paying, you confirm you're 18 or over.

A few things worth knowing
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay £10 for a month's support. It doesn't renew. If you want another month, you pay again.
How quickly will I hear from you?
Your WhatsApp details arrive by email as soon as you pay. After that, I reply myself the same day, between 9am and 8pm UK time, 7 days a week. If you message after 8pm, I reply the next morning. If I'm ill or away, I'll tell you and add the days back on. It isn't an instant or emergency service.
Do I need to book a session?
No. There's nothing to arrange. You message when you need to, up to 2 times a day. A few texts sent together count as one message.
Do I need to explain everything upfront?
No. There's no form. You just start messaging.
Does it replace my GP or therapist?
No. It sits alongside any therapy, GP or medication support you have.
